Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, No-Show & Late Policy:
I require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. If you cancel/reschedule less than 48 hours 50% of your service fee will be charged to the card on file.
No-shows/No-call will result in a 100% charge of your service fee.
Late policy: I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re running more than 5 minutes behind, a late fee will apply. After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be cancelled and will be treated as a no-show with a full service charge. This helps me stay on schedule and provide every client with the full experience they deserve.
Please note that if you book a service that requires more than 20 minutes and decide not to receive it at your appointment, you will still be charged for that service. This is because the time was reserved specifically for you and cannot be filled last minute.
I understand that life happens, but to protect my time and my clients, I cannot make exceptions. If this policy doesn’t work for you, please wait to book until it does.
